We have adjusted our scheduling procedure to accommodate same day repairs due to an increase in parts delivery time from the pandemic. The new policy goes as follows, waiting appointments will be at 9:15am only. Drop offs will need to be at the shop first thing in the morning OR the night before. This will help us guarantee same day repairs in most cases. Unfortunately with the increased time and delay of parts we cannot guarantee waiting appointments outside of the 9:15a.m window
